1. What should I do if I get stuck anywhere?
If you get stuck at any point, please ask your question on our Discord community.
You’ll find the Discord link inside your course curriculum. This is the fastest way to get help from instructors, mentors, and fellow learners.
2. What is the refund policy?
At this time, we do not offer refunds.
However, if you miss any live session, the class recording will be available within 24 hours, so you won’t miss out on the content.
3. When will I get access to the GPU labs?
You will get access to the GPU labs before the course starts.
We will do our best to ensure GPU availability for all learners. Due to occasional GPU shortages, if you face any access issues, please contact us immediately via the Discord community, and we’ll assist you.
4. Do I need prior experience with AI, PyTorch, or GPUs?
No. This course is designed to start from scratch.
We do not assume prior knowledge of PyTorch, neural networks, GPUs, or machine learning concepts. But, basic Python knowledge is required to take this course.
5. Are the sessions live or recorded?
We conduct live sessions every weekend(Saturday/Sunday: 8-9:30 am PST)
All sessions are also recorded and shared, so you can revisit the material anytime.
6. How much time should I dedicate each week?
On average, you should plan for 6–8 hours per week, excluding live sessions, hands-on exercises, and practice.
7. Will I get hands-on exercises?
Yes. Every module includes step-by-step hands-on exercises designed to help you apply concepts immediately and solidify your understanding.
8. Is this course suitable for working professionals?
Yes. The course is specifically designed for working Software and DevOps Engineers, with live sessions on weekends and flexible access to recordings.
9. Will I build real projects during the course?
Yes. You will build real-world projects, including training and experimenting with Small Language Models from scratch, using actual GPU resources.
